Coffee Friends cannot currently be redeemed through:

• DoorDash.
• Postmates.
• Independent couriers.
• Third-party delivery services.
• Telephone delivery.
• Other external ordering platforms.

Three-Month Introductory Trial Period

The introductory trial period consists of three consecutive monthly billing periods at $5 per month.

This is a paid introductory trial period, not a free trial.

The introductory period allows Casa Tua to test, evaluate and refine the Coffee Friends experience, including operations, redemption procedures, technology and available benefits.

After the three-month introductory period, Coffee Friends automatically continues on a month-to-month basis unless canceled.

Because Coffee Friends is initially being introduced as a trial program, Casa Tua reserves the right to internally cancel an individual Coffee Friends Pass during the introductory period when necessary.

If Casa Tua elects to discontinue or cancel a Coffee Friends account during the introductory trial period, Casa Tua may, at its discretion:

• Cancel future recurring charges.
• Deactivate the Coffee Friends Pass.
• Issue a full refund.
• Issue a partial refund where appropriate.
• Refund the most recent monthly charge.
• Provide another reasonable accommodation.

The method and amount of any discretionary refund will depend on the circumstances.

This internal trial cancellation provision does not limit any refund or cancellation rights required by applicable law.

After completing the initial three-month introductory period, Coffee Friends continues automatically month to month.

The payment method associated with the account will be charged $5 on each monthly renewal date, plus applicable taxes, until canceled.

Coffee Friends does not automatically end after three months.

The recurring price, renewal terms and cancellation method should be presented clearly before the customer agrees to recurring billing. Florida law also requires covered automatic-renewal provisions to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously, and provides requirements around cancellation methods for covered service contracts.

After the introductory three-month period, Coffee Friends may be canceled using the cancellation method provided through the Coffee Friends/subscription management portal or another method offered by Casa Tua.

Cancel before the next billing date to avoid the following monthly charge.

After cancellation:

• Coffee Friends remains active through the already-paid billing period unless otherwise stated.
• No additional monthly renewal will be processed.
• Remaining days in an already-paid period are generally not prorated.
• Unused beverages do not convert into credit or cash.

For recurring online programs, the FTC has emphasized clear disclosure of recurring charges, informed consent and straightforward cancellation mechanisms.

If a monthly payment cannot be processed:

• Coffee Friends access may be temporarily suspended.
• The daily beverage may not be redeemed while the account is inactive.
• The payment provider may retry the payment.
• Benefits may resume once payment is successfully completed.
• A failed payment does not generate additional beverage credits.

Outside of the special three-month introductory trial cancellation policy described above, payments are generally non-refundable once the applicable billing period has started, except where required by law or when Casa Tua determines that a refund is appropriate.

Refunds ordinarily will not be issued solely because of:

• Unused daily beverages.
• Failure to visit the restaurant.
• Travel.
• Personal absence.
• Schedule changes.
• Personal preference changes.
• Failure to redeem a beverage.
• Temporary unavailability of an ingredient.
• Partial use of a billing period.

Casa Tua retains discretion to resolve individual issues during the Coffee Friends introductory trial.

All beverages remain subject to:

• Current menu availability.
• Ingredient availability.
• Seasonal menu changes.
• Regular operating hours.
• Equipment availability.
• Temporary operational circumstances.

If one beverage is unavailable, the Coffee Friend may choose another eligible available coffee or matcha.

The Coffee Friends benefit must be identified before the transaction is completed.

Our team may confirm that:

• Coffee Friends is active.
• The recurring payment is current.
• The person redeeming the benefit is the registered Coffee Friend.
• The daily beverage has not already been redeemed.

The benefit generally cannot be applied retroactively after the beverage has already been purchased.
